The 304 stainless steel exhaust heat insulation wrap cover is a flexible high-temperature protective sleeve independently designed for conventional exhaust piping systems. Made of premium industrial-grade 304 stainless steel woven outer layer and high-temperature resistant internal insulation materials, this heat insulation wrap effectively isolates radiant heat, sharply reduces external surface temperature, and fully protects surrounding cables, rubber hoses and mechanical components from high-temperature aging and thermal damage.
 
Different from rigid metal heat shields, our rolled flexible structure brings excellent softness and fitting performance. It can be tightly wrapped on straight pipes, curved pipes, elbows and flanges. Featuring vibration resistance, waterproof, oil-proof and oxidation-proof properties, this 304 stainless steel insulation cover is widely used in automotive, general marine, generator and industrial mechanical exhaust systems, achieving cost-effective and long-term thermal protection.

Adopting multi-layer composite structure, every layer is strictly manufactured for high temperature resistance and durable service life:
  • Outer Protective Layer: Pure 304 stainless steel woven mesh. Excellent oxidation resistance, waterproof and oil-proof. It effectively shields the inner insulation material from external friction, dust and daily harsh weather.
  • Core Heat Insulation Layer: Ceramic fiber / high silica glass fiber blanket. Low thermal conductivity and stable physical properties under extreme temperature; heat insulation rate reaches 25% to 40%.
  • Inner Contact Layer: High-temperature glass fiber cloth, smooth and soft, will not scratch or damage the original exhaust pipe surface.
  • Fixed Accessories: 304 stainless steel buckles and binding straps, keeping stable installation without loosening under continuous vibration.
